China Comservice Fujian Design Institute evolves from Fujian Post & Telecom Planning-Designing co. Ltd，which was established in 1983 and was one of the 13 Class-A communication engineering investigation & design units in the early period of post & telecom industry of China. It completed the restructuring of enterprise in 2001，and become one of the consultation & design core businesses in the Hong Kong-list China Communication Services Corporation Limited in 2006. Our company has passed ISO9001 Quality System Certification in 1998, and has been approved as “Hi-Tech Enterprises in Fujian Province” in 2002 by Fujian Provincial Department of Science & Technology, which was continued be approved in 2008. Our company obtained the honor of Advanced Communication Design Enterprises in 2005 approved by China Association of Communication Enterprises. In 2007, our company was awarded the “Excellent Commnications Company, Excellent Investigation and Design Unit” title by Construction Department of Fujian Province.
Our company owns complete set of professional categories, which including mobile, transmission, lines, switching, data, power source, technical ecnomy, communication & civil architecture system and so on. China Comservice Fujian Design Institute has so many qualifications, for instance, Class-A Qualification of Consultation for Communication Information Engineering & Construction Engineering, Class-A Qualification of Communication Engineering Investigation & Design for Industries of Electronics, Communication, Broadcast and TV, Class-A Qualification of System Integration for Communication Information Network, Class-A Qualification of Construction Engineering Design, Class-A Qualification of Engineering Design for Building Intelligent System, Class-B Qualification of Bidding Agency for Communication Construction, Certificate for Foreign Economic Cooperation in the People’s Republic of China, Class-C Certificate of Safety Technology and Protection Engineering for Design Construction Enterprise etc. There are one department, seven institutes, six branches in our company, and more than 400 employees. In particular, about 90% employees have the qualification of junior college degree or above, and hold a group of influential experts and various state registered engineer.
